The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to everything we wanted to visit in the city. Being able to easily access the main attractions was definitely a plus.
The lobby, halls, and rooms had a horrible smell that was reminiscent of mold and mustiness. It was so bad that it actually made our lungs hurt.
